We have done commercial business with David in the past, but this time it was our own home. David was fantastic in all facets of the marketing and ultimate sale of our home, his personal, honest straightforward approach we really appreciated. Thank you David, you are the best, Doug & Jenny Barnes.

Jeremy sold our property for us, His friendly attitude and demeaner is second to none. Jeremy is so easy going, you feel like you have known him for years. He has a can do attitude and nothing is too hard, his attention to detail is excellent. We are so pleased we chose Jeremy and his team to sell our property for us, and would recommend Jeremy to anyone who wants someone who is 100% committed and will work to sell their property.

Jeremy Wilkinson's experienced and specialised knowledge of the real estate industry proved to be a significant and valuable asset in all aspects of the recent sale of my mother's estate. From the initial discussion of the sale process through to its successful conclusion, Jeremy was genuine, empathetic and communicated in an honest and direct manner. I would highly recommend Jeremy Wilkinson to anyone seeking the services of an ethical and highly professional real estate agent.

Couldn't reccomend Neil enough, He is a highly effective communicator who kept me informed throughout the entire process and he made sure I was always aware of what was going on. He assisted me through the offer process as a first home buyer and always explained everything clearly if I wasn't sure. Highly reccomend.

David is a professional and an expert in his field. His friendly manner puts you at ease and from the beginning. It was obvious he was very knowledgeable in this area. His most outstanding trait was to give us choices and when asked, his honest opinion. He was never “pushy” nothing was too much trouble. Overall David is very good at what he does and it was a pleasure to work with him. I must also mention Nathan David’s assistant. Again a professionally presented person who went out of his way to be accommodating.Friendly, punctual and a very good communicator

Jeremy told us that the market was strong in Newstead and he was right, the unit sold very quickly with a lot of interest. Considering interest rates are on the rise the result was pleasing.

Choosing to sell my much-loved home wasn't an easy decision. When I met Jeremy, he got me excited about selling - that certainly made the decision about which agent to use a lot lot easier. And indeed, the whole process was pretty easy, even in a tricky market. Most importantly, Jeremy kept me informed all along the way, up until the property was sold. Sure, there were hiccups along the way, but these were also addressed quickly and with good spirits. I also want to acknowledge the team that works with Jeremy - especially Sharon and Anna - for he certainly doesn't do this alone. That there is such a great team around him makes a huge huge difference. So a big thanks to all at Harcourts Launceston.
