We could not recommend Neil and Yvonne more highly. The Hawkins Team wins hands down - from their professionalism to their “out-of-hours” service to easy approachable manner, nothing was too much trouble. A realistic Property price in the current market saw 3 offers received in 3 days and we had a signed contract on the Sunday afternoon. We even received a message from the other side of the world (as they were on holidays in England) when the contract went unconditional!!
