Jeremy acted for the vendor on the new property we have purchased. During our dealings with him we found him to be helpful and approachable. His demeanour was professional but relaxed, forthright but not rude. He was very knowledgeable of the home he was selling. The initial appraisal and time spent with us seemed appropriate and well thought through. The times he came to our home were accommodating. His politeness and can do attitude helped us to feel more relaxed about a difficult situation. The sale was very quick and easy and his suggestions proved to be the right way to go. After paperwork was signed we didn't hear from David until we got in touch with him very close to the settlement date just to check in things were running smoothly. Presuming he was extremely busy and just didn't have the opportunity to check how things were going for us. Overall we were pleased with his work. Thanks David. Cheers Lizzie
