As a first time solo seller, Jeremy held my hand through what could have been a stressful process, answered all my questions and was quick to respond to phone calls. We had an open home less than 24 hours from going on the market, more than 20 people viewing at that time, resulting in multiple offers. Total time on market before contracts exchanged and agreed on - five days. Couldn't have asked for an easier process.

Jermery was outstanding with knowledge of the market, when to put my house on the market & get the desired result which was indeed extremely fast sale.
