Neil worked diligently for the sale of our property. He kept us well informed and was always pleasant and upbeat on the phone. End result was a sale in a difficult market. We are interstate sellers so cannot comment on his face to face but certainly recommend him re keeping us informed.

David did a very good job in selling a house in Norwood for us. The house was part of a deceased estate and was vacant, which may have made the sale process a little easier for him. During the agent selection process, he stood out as the best prepared of the agents that we interviewed, and was very open and personable. Advertizing of the property was appropriately professional. The price he recommended proved to be about 10% too optimistic. The sale took 3 months, and complicated by the fact that an initial enthusiastic buyer failed to secure finance, so we had to make a fresh start. Fortunately a second buyer emerged soon after, so the sale eventually proceeded without further problems. David communicated with us very well throughout and was honest and open in his dealings with us.

As we were the buyers, we didn't really deal with Jeremy at all, but through the buyer agent, Carlton. However, we did not have any complaints about Harcourts and their team. They were responsive to all our requests, getting information to us in a timely manner.

Jeremy was wonderful in helping sell our property. He contacted us regularly to keep us up to date with open home dates, viewings etc. He was always prompt with answering our emails and phone calls, even out of hours. We have also purchased property through Jeremy in recent years and his service is outstanding. Would highly recommend him if you are thinking of selling or buying.

Words cannot explain how amazing the selling experience was with Neil and Yvonne Hawkins. It only took days for the property to sell. Neil and Yvonne found my dream buyer. The property was marketed perfectly and I received multiple offers on the first open home. the perfect buyer was found which was very important as I still live in the adjoining unit plus the sale price achieved was above my expectations.
