Super unhappy, poor customer service.

I tried many times to contact Neil and ask questions, he always palmed me off and never gave an adequate reply such as never gathering the information i required and referring me elsewhere. It was his coworker from another agent who helped me in the sale and I wouldn’t have purchased the land without her help instead. Neil never gave any recognition for her assistance and took the sale for himself when if it was left to him I wouldn’t have purchased the land at all. If it wasn’t for his coworker he wouldn’t have gotten the sale and the other person deserved recognition. Super unhappy with his service and never explained the situation or circumstances therefore felt he never cared and never wanted the sale in the first place.
