What stood out with Paul, was that he listened to us, resulting in a fantastic outcome for all

Unlike the stereotypical Real Estate Agent's personality, Paul's quiet & calm demeanour really stood out where we felt that he actually listened to us & our needs which we really appreciated. He delivered on everything he said he would. His market knowledge of the local area was excellent and the expectations did not change from the very beginning. Going to auction can be very uncertain, and his positive approach throughout the whole process helped calm our fears and kept it real. Paul conducted himself in a very professional manner and we appreciated his honest & integral approach with the sale of our property. I would have no hesitation in recommending Paul to others contemplating the sale of their property.

Attention to detail, results focused.

I've sold a few properties now but this was the first time going with Paul Aoukar. I went to a handful of agents to appraise my property & Paul's response was the most comprehensive. Not only that, but his rates were very competitive, and his professionalism was really appreciated, as he worked around some tricky scheduling issues on my end. I think there's a perception amongst some sellers that agents want a quick and easy sale to snap up that commission quickly, but Paul was genuinely working to solicit the best deal for the property, even after getting some great offers after the first open. I'd happily sell again through Paul, and would also happily recommend him to friends/family.
