Having had very little experience with inspections, I was like a deer in the head lights but James made me feel at ease, explained the process so i had a clear understanding and gave professional pointers along the way. His communication skills were spot on through out the process which is extremely important to me. As a first homebuyer I was told by many people not to trust Real Estate Agents but my first home buying experience will go down as an extremely positive one. If I was to sell (or buy again) I would definitely go back to James. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him!

James had been amazing for us, considering we are the buying end and he is the vendors agent. We have called him many times with bitty witty questions up to the day of the auction where by he was always prepared to give as much information as possible to make things clear and easy for us. On the day of the auction we called him for extensive info about section 32 which he was patiently answering whilst he was at the same time receiving people that came to the auction. He at all times did much effort for us to provide us with accurate info and helped with research we had to do. Above all, a non ego person that is very friendly and great to liaise with.

James is a very friendly agent. What we liked most about him was his honesty which was refreshing. His communication from start to end of sale was amazing - we felt informed every step of the way. James was always available (he would return calls within the hour even after hours!). No request was ever too much. James went above and beyond what would be expected of an agent. He even assisted with setting up our utilities! This was our first home and the process was smooth from start to finish. We always felt we had someone to rely on along the way.
