Jill knew her stuff which was comforting as not all agents do. Jill was without doubt the best communicator I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. She made contact at least twice weekly advising me of potential buyers, how many groups viewed the property, whether she thought anyone would put an offer in, and feedback from viewers which gave me the opportunity to correct some minor issues which made the property more attractive. Last but not least, Jill’s active marketing of the property resulted in four offers in a two month period leading to the sale.
