I was selling my house from overseas and needed an Agent I could trust. Putting my house on the market in early April 2020 just as Covid-19 was unfolding was a scary thing but Matthew went above and beyond to get the job done under the circumstances. We had hurdles too; a difficult neighbour who Matt befriended and managed perfectly, and then a crashed contract due to finance. But Matthew had back-up buyers standing by with offers and kept us all in the loop. Highly recommend Matthew.

Matt negotiated hard with buyers up to our desired price. Our house had been on the market for more then 3 months with another agent who wasn't able to get us an offer anywhere close to what we needed. Matt came in and was instantly aligned with our expectations. He didn't try and negotiate us down, instead he spent that energy on getting buyers to come up. Selling a house amid the covid-19 crisis is one thing, but getting your sellers the price they want on top of that is another level. Would 100% hire him again.
