As the property managers of my property for a number of years, when I made the decision to sell the property, PJ and his team proved to be excellent partners and advocates throughout the entire sales process. Having assisted with coordinating some minor ‘improvements’ on the house leading up to the sale, we managed to sell the property for above the initial estimate with a number of potential buyers inspecting the house during the scheduled showing (2 in total). A smooth process and a great outcome.
