We can highly recommend Grace, we felt confident from beginning to end. Grace had a knowledgeable professional presence and we felt she acted fairly and honestly on behalf of both parties. I dislike the stereotypes of agents that state they only act on behalf of the seller. I find this to be dated and not a holistic approach to a long lasting relationship with your agent in any season of buying or selling. Grace delivered in all areas; from accurate valuations, to a wide client database and professional prompt services. Grace achieved desired results and the process was enjoyable and as seamless as it can be. We look forward to working with Grace again in the near future.
