“Promises plenty, but falls short on delivery!

Unfortunately, my experience with this agent was extremely disappointing. As the seller, I expected to feel that my agent was representing my interests, but too often I felt he was working more for the buyer. Information wasn’t forthcoming, and once the contract was signed and Harcourts secured the rental management for the buyer, I felt my interests became even less of a priority. Repairs required for settlement was most frustrating. I trusted his recommended tradesperson after being assured he had experience project-managing this type of work. Instead, there were delays, poor communication and unfinished loose ends, while I felt completely removed from a process I was paying for. Very confident and very good at selling himself, but unfortunately, in my experience, the communication, follow-through and capability didn’t match the promises. A very disappointing experience and I would not use him again.
