Honestly what an Amazing Team This is the second home that Christine has sold for me in such a short time. In my personal opinion Local Knowledge of home values and what is and what's not available at the time of the appraisal is what's required prior to just putting a home on the market. Christine understood it all, from working with myself the tenant's, purchaser and the settlement agents. Nothing was an issue for Christine and adjusted all times, dates to schedule a smooth sale of the home. Not much more to say other than one very happy client of Harcourts Mandurah. We've been in the housing market for quite some time now. Paul has been honest and reliable from day one.
