I met Michael Goodwin at my first home open experience, and he was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately I missed out on that home, but Michael Goodwin was not going to stop helping me there, he and his wife Christine wanted to help me find my forever home, and where so pro active and professional about it, that they would send me anything they thought might be suitable. I highly would recommend them or Hardcourts Mandurah to anyone if you are looking at buying a home. They are so lovely, not pushy at all, friendly, helpful and all round lovely people.
