Clare Seamer is a dynamo when it comes to selling houses. Clare accurately appraised our property in 2019 and then again in 2022. She knows eveything there is to know about the Halls Head and the broader market as evidenced by the research she had prepared at our initial meeting. She is amazing at creating a competitive environment to get you the best price for your property. Clare has a wonderful demeanour and is very personable. Clare and Alyce kept us up to date throughout the process. There was never a time where I felt I had to contact them. The house was sold in a week with settlement also completed quickly. Then there was the cherry on top such as how Clare went through the settlement paperwork with me, Alyce came to my work to pick up a set of keys and the dinner voucher as a thank you for choosing to go with Harcourts.
