Absolutely fantastic!
Clare is an exceptional agent and we highly recommend her. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the current market and gave us a realistic expectation for sale price. She was able to secure well above our asking price 4 days after our home went on the market. We were thrilled that we didn't have to have an open home! Clare kept in regular contact, worked well into the night and made house calls to ensure we were happy. We have had a wonderful experience with Clare and her team.
