Grant is very attentive to the needs of the seller when they are selling their home. From the first meeting when I called (he arranged the next day to meet) to the moment settlement had gone through, Grant was on the ball and had everything ready to go, it felt like I didn't have to do a single thing myself. Being my first home I was selling I didn't have alot of knowledge of the market or realestatr in general and Grant always explained what legalities were involved and explained the process. He let me know exactly what needed to be done so that I could get the best value for my home and in the end he definitely exceeded my expectations for sale value.
