Clare adjusted her schedule to suit ours and provided an opportunity for us to have an out-of-hours viewing of the property we ultimately purchased at Auction. She shared information to help us understand and appreciate the property whilst keeping information about her seller confidential. We were kept up to date with regard to the Auction, documents and changes to conditions were readily communicated to us. Clare was well supported in this by her Assistant, Alyce Robinson Clare is an engaging person who related well to us during the whole process. (Auctions being an exciting but stressful exercise.) We always felt we were dealing with a friend rather than just an agent. We would recommend anyone to contact Clare for their Real Estate needs. The longevity of her involvement in the industry is testament to her professionalism.

I was very pleased with the speed with which Clare put my property on the market and then with the way she kept me advised as to how much interest had been generated. When we had an offer, it soon became apparent that the buyers' funding arrangements were complicated.
