I chose Clare Seamer to sell my property in Halls Head. As I am now resident in another state I really wanted someone who was competent with great communication skills. Clare and her personal assistant Alyce delivered on every level. I was very happy with the advertising /marketing campaign. Unfortunately there was very little interest in my property over the first 3 weeks. Clare was very pragmatic, and offered options on the selling campaign. I elected to drop the price into a slightly lower bracket and buyer interest increased so I achieved only a small amount less than initially discussed. Ideally I wanted the best price for my property, but I also valued Clare and Alyces professionalism. The selling process was made super easy and there were no glitches. Much appreciated!!
