Sale of 50 Lynda St Falcon
We live in Melbourne and had to be certain that our agent was available to communicate with us at all times, even though there was a three hour time difference. Michael made himself available for a pre-appointment interview via Zoom, provided timely responses to written requests for how he would market our property, success fee, marketing budget, valuation, etc. Michael possesses an excellent knowledge of his market, he is committed, conscientious, honest, positive, and delivered a great result very promptly.

I've always been sceptical of Real Estate Agents and the efforts they put in to generate sales - more often than not it is a post and pray approach and hope someone likes the house you're selling. However, Alison's manner, professionalism and no-nonsense, BS free approach provided a refreshing change to the usual spin and bluster one encounters in this and other sales-focused industries. We listed our property with Alison at 8:30am - by 4pm the same day she had secured an offer that exceeded our expectations. Furthermore, she didn't think the job was done - she was in touch regularly to see how we were progressing with our end of the sale process through to settlement. If you are looking to sell your house in the Mandurah/Peel region - don't bother with other agents - Alison is a total gun who gets the job done with minimum fuss and hassle. The best in the region bar none.
