Although all we were selling was a vacant block of land, Rachael made sure it was priced for what it was worth, and that the images used for the ads were able to highlight the location in the best way possible, her beloved Madora Bay. During the time before we were able to sell we had a couple of low-ballers make terrible offers, and Rachael never once pushed us to take the offer, or counter-offer lower than what we were willing/able to sell for just for the sake of her making a sale. Even though we had to make a couple of variations while it was under offer due to the buyer, we still ended up selling higher than we expected and couldn't be happier! Thanks again Rachael :)
