However, after staging our Apartment to achieve a fantastic presentation, the first viewer made an offer in the upper region of his advertised price range and subsequently achieved a Sale in the first week. From the first time Ben visited our home we could see that he had a great deal of knowledge about the area that we lived in, the aspect and positioning of the home and the key selling factors that were our point of difference. His presentation of the industry overall was informative and guided us into making our decision to place our precious home in his hands. We felt no pressure at all.
