The last twelve months have been difficult for selling property. We initially had some interest in our property and it then dried up to almost nothing. Clare tried a few different tactics to try and generate some interest and eventually we had a buyer. We ended up selling the property with a process from $ and got the deal done getting $15,000 above the from price which just got us to our bottom price. This price range was swamped with properties with very few moving so take my hat off to Clare to get the sale through as we were re-evaluating our decision to sell.

Overall we thought the whole process was poor, every encounter we had at the property was rushed including our final inspection due to other appointments being made right after ours. The lack of information and uncertainty when asked things was also very annoying as was constantly told not sure not sure, and the constant asking on our behalf for proof of documents that should of been given to us straight up after all we were purchasing an expensive house and investing a lot of our money to feel like it was just another sale and nothing more, there was nothing personal in regards to the whole transaction that would make me recommend the company again.

Michael Goodwin came highly recommended to us by our neighbour/friend as nothing less than truly professional, with impeccable service, and award winning history of selling properties in Falcon. He has (being a local) extensive knowledge of the area second to none, thus able to sell at a realistic price given the market as it is at the moment! Michaels communication was fantastic, he always kept us informed with each home open and about prospective buyers as he followed them up, he was always willing to assist us with anything we needed. Our beautiful new home was sold to us through Kashan Passmore from Harcourts Mandurah . From the get go Kash was so friendly and helpful. We were purchasing from Queensland, so with the distance we had a few obstacles . Nothing was too much trouble . Kashan helped secure our purchase and kept us up to date on everything that needed to be done or even Just the small details which eased the stress of selling and relocating. Kash became a great friend , she even helped me with advise on my sale in Queensland ! A very knowledgeable lady with a no pressure approach . We are very greatful to all that work at Harcourts including Clare and Elise . An all round pleasant and stress free purchase .
