Ben has sold three properties for us in the last 18 months. The average that the properties were on the market for was three days until offers were received on each. At the initial meeting with Ben he would give us all the relevant information in regard to comparable property sales in the area and always provided an accurate indication of what the sales price should be set as. He did not pressure us to list but he level of knowledge about the local market is such that he was correct in each instance.
