Overall we thought the whole process was poor, every encounter we had at the property was rushed including our final inspection due to other appointments being made right after ours. The lack of information and uncertainty when asked things was also very annoying as was constantly told not sure not sure, and the constant asking on our behalf for proof of documents that should of been given to us straight up after all we were purchasing an expensive house and investing a lot of our money to feel like it was just another sale and nothing more, there was nothing personal in regards to the whole transaction that would make me recommend the company again.

Our beautiful new home was sold to us through Kashan Passmore from Harcourts Mandurah . From the get go Kash was so friendly and helpful. We were purchasing from Queensland, so with the distance we had a few obstacles . Nothing was too much trouble . Kashan helped secure our purchase and kept us up to date on everything that needed to be done or even Just the small details which eased the stress of selling and relocating. Kash became a great friend , she even helped me with advise on my sale in Queensland ! A very knowledgeable lady with a no pressure approach .
