We engaged Michael to sell our property because of the great experience we had with him when we bought the property initially. Michael provided is a specialist in our area and provided a comprehensive review of the market. We accepted his pricing recommendation and were delighted when he presented us with an offer in less than two weeks of listing. Michael handled negotiation with the purchaser very diligently and we quickly accepted the buyers final offer. Throughout the period for finance approval and eventual settlement Michael kept in continuous contact keeping us up to date with progress. The whole experience has been excellent - 14 days from giving him the listing to receipt of an offer at advertised price, 28 days from acceptance of offer to money in the bank (including finance approval for purchaser).
