Great gift of the gab. Pleasant guy. Knows the market quite well. Pricing was good but would not anwswer specific questions ( like would you suggest a response to an offer).Follow up service was very poor. Had to ring 1 day before settlement to see if the buyer wanted a key. In other words once the contract was signed OHLAY.

Lee was an exceptional Agent, who inspired trust and confidence from the outset. The resulting sale was outstanding. Selling our family home was a difficult proposition and Lee managed the situation with understanding and a highly professional attitude throughout the entire process. In preparing the house for sale, Lee's advice was excellent. Nothing was ever too much trouble, he was always available and happy to discuss options and possible outcomes.
