I have never bought a property before, but from the time I walked into the 'home open' Ben was very polite and friendly without any hint of hard sell or hurry. Ben helped me with broker advice, and he was very patient when I had my first application for finance declined. Ben and his team kept me in the loop as to the process regarding the sale.
