Brad is an awesome person to deal with as my wife and I were looking at buying a decent house for decent price in today's market. Brad was very informative about the property we were looking at and if he didn't know an answer to one of our many many questions he would soon find out the answers and get back to us. He is very professional as well as a great guy that can take a joke. Brad is very straight up with no b*llsh*t which is great when all we wanted was straight up answers with straight up respect for what we wanted.
