Extraordinary agent, nothing was too much trouble for him when asked.

From the first enquiry Keith has been very knowledgeable, he arranged an inspection of the property and we did a walk through together and he explained everything, how certain things worked and some faults or damage that needed fixing. Some minor that are simple fixes and others that were able to be repaired or replaced before purchase. On the whole he was very knowledgeable on all aspects of selling and what buyers need to be aware of in the purchase of a new home.

Very efficient and knowledgeable

Keith helped me decide on a price I was comfortable with, although from his excellent market knowledge knew offers would be above that.
