"Nima really knows the market—he managed to raise the price in the block, and my property sold for much more than a similar one at auction just weeks before. He was incredibly patient throughout the whole process, never tired, and worked hard even late into the evenings. Even when I was ready to give up, he kept pushing forward with a positive attitude. I cannot begin to say how unbelievably amazing Nima and his people are. I have never had such amazing customer service. From the initial introduction, every step of the way I felt engaged, informed and totally comfortable in the journey to sell the property.
