A very pleasant experience. Accomodating and professional.
We recently had the opportunity to work with Mr. George Young on an interest about a property being sold. Initially we weren't able to attend the open house for the said property so we sent an email to Mr. Young requesting for a private inspection instead as we didn't have time to wait for the next open house. Mr. Young was very accommodating and scheduled our viewing at the soonest possible time. At the inspection, Mr. Young was very knowledgable about the property and was able to give us almost all the information we ask about. During the process of negotiation, Mr. Young was very helpful. He was able to address all our issues and concerns about the purchase of the property. He also patiently assisted us by helping us understand the step by step process of the transaction as this is our first time purchasing a property in Australia. He also works fast and is quite efficient at what he does. He is also very helpful and easy to talk to. Mr. George Young and Hardcourt has made our purchase a very pleasant experience and I hope to be able to deal with them again with all our Real Estate needs.
