Due to my experiences with my former agent, I was skeptical at first. However, Harcourt Marketplace has delivered everything they said they could and would. They said they would lease out my property within the first week of advertising - and they did. This is in contrast of the former agent who could not lease the property after more than 4 weeks and suggested reducing rent. Furthermore, Harcourt Marketplace actually responds to my emails and requests promptly and manages the property. They have greatly reduced my stress as a property owner and I'm very happy with them.
