Outstanding Agent
Michael Devlin is an all star real estate agent. He knows the market well and had the best strategy of the several agents we screened. Michael helped us stage our property well, position it within the existing sales on the market, and negotiate to get our best offer. I would highly recommend Michael to sell your property.

Michael was the agent on the house that we were interested in, which had a lot of interest from other buyers in the area. He was upfront about the realistic competition in the market at the time, with other buyers and the prices of properties, which we were really appreciative of. For the purchase of the property, Michael was excellent with communication and proactive in having any query taken care of. Would definitely recommend Michael for the purchase or the sale of your property!

Excellent Experience
I would recommend Michael highly to friends, family and whoever listens. I am a single woman and selling and buying a house can be a bit daunting. I went with my gut feeling with Michael and couldn't have been happier. He explained how the process was going to work ahead of time and kept me in the loop at all times. My house went under contract on the first open house. He never pressured me in any way to take the contract and also gave me advise on the buying process. He even gave me links for my garage sale. He is not just a good real estate person but a very warm man. I wish him all the best with his business. You deserve it Michael.
