Disappointed in my experience

I cannot review Sarah Bailey as she wasn't who was handling my case. I can only review Agawi as he was the main point of contact. I was not happy with the way he dealt my case. I felt he came off very very strongly as a seller's agent and talking to him felt like talking to chat gpt. I felt like there was very little element of understanding and human-ness when it came to the dealings. On top of that, I had to struggle to get the documents that should really have been provided to me as a buyer. Such as documents of very recent reno works. I was scrambling to find those documents, calling the property agent, the company who did the work, QBCC. The feeling I got was that he was like, oh she's put in the offer, and now my works done! Deal sealed! It was my first home and the expectations as a first home buyer were not met. I was disappointed and disheartened. There was a feeling of being taken advantage of that I ended up with. But aside from that, talking to him as a human, Im sure he's a lovely guy. Would i deal with him in this profession? No.
