Incredibly helpful agent with a great sale result

John helped us in countless way from when we decided to sell right through to the final handover. We live interstate, so John basically project managed the required update and repairs, constantly updated us with suggestions and progress reports, organised staging and even assisted with cleaning. We are so very grateful that he went far beyond what he needed to as the selling agent. John's communication was brilliant. We never needed to follow up anything - he sent regular updates on all aspects of the sale. We were very happy with the marketing campaign and the property sold quickly. John's realistic advice on the current market enabled us to get a very satisfactory sale price which exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend John to sell your property.
