Down to earth, all round great guy.
Jayden was very receptive of our inquiries, and made the effort to respond in a timely manner. He did his best to investigate and report back any information/answers to questions we had regarding the property, as well as act as an efficient conduit for information between us and the sellers. Thanks for being a polite and friendly bloke Jayden, was a pleasure dealing with you during the chaos and spontaneity of buying our first home.

Generally excellent
Jayden is a very good agent. We have established a strong element of trust which is very important when dealing with a major financial asset. We have felt right from the beginning that Jayden has shown impressive honesty and has had our best interests at heart. There was only one minor glitch, and that was to do with the implementation of a 48 hour clause which was invalidated by ticking a wrong box, a minor lapse of protocol, on the document, and was not picked up by what should have been a routine check by a second person in Harcourts. In the event we were not disadvantaged by this incident, and our rating of Jayden's performance was not impacted at all. Thank you Jayden for all your hard work.
