I have seen Dionne at many apartment inspections over the years and recently came in contact with her again earlier this year. I had started to look around for a new apartment and saw her at an inspection within Temple Court on Collins St. That apartment was over my budget, but she suggested I come and look at a loft style apartment she had on the market in Russell St. It was the kind of apartment I'd always admired, but never thought I'd own. Before arriving at the inspection, I was sure that the photos were probably misleading and that it would be much smaller than it appeared online. As soon as I walked in, I loved it! My big problem was that my own apartment wasn't even on the market, I hadn't thought about financing and there was a deadline sale process in place that was fast approaching. Dionne literally had an answer for every single one of my concerns. She helped me figure out how to structure my offer, put me in touch with a mortgage broker and made an appointment to come and value my current apartment. The deadline for offers came around quickly and I was thrilled when my offer was accepted by the vendor and then began the process of selling my own apartment.
