The Perfect Ten

When I was of the opinion that due to my thoughts of retiring from the workforce, I requested my Estate Agent for an appraisal on one of my properties. That appraisal came from an agent called Ethan who introduced himself, gave me a history of his involvement in the Real Estate industry,asked me questions that were relevant, insightful and totally genuine in my opinion; and this all over the telephone and e-mail from across the continent. I thought to myself I will give all my trust to this person I have never met in the flesh, whom I hope will get me a price for my property that I asked for and see how the journey will proceed. I was totally blown away by the speed, efficiency, total professionalism of Ethan and his team at Harcourts and will be requesting Ethan to be there for me when I sell my last property in the future.
