After reading some glowing reviews, I called Ethan to see if he could help me out with my father's property which I was selling from two states away. To say he went above and beyond is an understatement. He organised everything and made what I expected to be a stressful experience so easy and uncomplicated. The place needed some renovations to be liveable, and Ethan knew exactly what to do and who to call to make everything perfect for both me and the eventual buyer. This made the place much more marketable as well! I was especially impressed by his integrity because I wasn't keen on any band aid solutions which would disappoint a future buyer.
