Honest and upfront, very genuine to deal with.

Within reason he was very upfront and forthcoming with information that we needed to know. His communication was always fast and we never had to chase him up for anything (anything we asked we knew he would do). Was a pleasure dealing with him and made the whole process a lot easier.
