Poor Prefessionalism

This agent always pushes buyers to buy a property with a higher price to get more commissions. He never keeps his words. I bought a house from him, and he urged me to finalise sales quickly, but on the pre-settlement day, full of scraps were still inside the property, he said everything would be removed before the settlement day, but there were still lots to do. When I contacted him, he said the vendor did not want to remove those things as they were fixed with the house. Is there anyone out there pay 650k dollars to receive those scraps in your house?
