Professional and hardworking, great experience
We recently bought a home through Lisa over the Christmas period. Buying a home in a new place can be stressful enough, let alone navigating what services are still available at different points over the holiday season. Lisa was not only incredibly responsive, but also recommended several services based on their availability and reputation. This allowed us to not only keep things moving but actually achieve a very quick settlement which got us in the home sooner. Lisa was very friendly and helpful throughout which I thought was particularly noteworthy given she was still actively working our sale after hours and through public holiday. We would be very happy to recommend her to others.

The biggest highlight with Lisa is that she is a proactive communicator. We felt informed every step of the way. Lisa demonstrated great knowledge of the market we were selling in and we aligned on the best options. Lisa also didn’t over-commit, setting realistic expectations around what was achievable which enabled us to make better decisions. Lisa helped the sale run smoothly and often went above and beyond when we weren’t available to help out, often working outside normal hours to get things done. Overall, we would recommend Lisa!
