A realestate agent that goes above and beyond

Daniel has been a great agent who has helped out with so much more than just selling the house. Firstly the sale was very quick (4 days) and he hitnthe mark with the price. There was great communication and honesty from the start. The house was owned by my elderley in-laws and we live in NZ which made the sorting and removal of furniture difficult. Daniel went above and beyond such as getting documents signed (not related to the sale) posting furniture on marketplace for pick up, and even moved rubbish to the front for council collection. He made us feel at ease knowing we could reach out to him if needed for that extra support. Highly reccommend Daniel as an agent if you want good communication and someone who is honest and sets clear expectations.
