Aaron demonstrated professionalism, good communication, a smart marketing strategy and sales focus

After deciding to list our investment property, we interviewed 3 agents active in the area. All 3 would have been good choices, with similar views on the current market pressures and trends. What separated Aaron was that he seemed genuinely focused on acheiving the best possible price for the property, rather than just securing a quick sale. Before our first meeting even finished, Aaron had scheduled a follow up call for later in the week. All 3 agents knew we were meeting with other agents, all knew the property was going on the market asap, but Aaron was the only one who offered a follow up. We also felt that his pre market strategy was superior. He suggested a soft open home to buyers already on the Harcourts database, which proved very sucessful and resulted in the property selling before it officially went to market. We were very happy with Aaron's professionalism, communication and approach througout the whole process and recommend him highly.
