Joe is a very good person and he is very considerate in doing things. Usually when I need to put forward my own opinions and he will implement them immediately. Before I sold this house, there were other buyers who made an offer , and I refused because I was not satisfied with the price. During that time, he never convinced me to sell it, but respected my opinion very much. Because I’m in China now, during this time I’m really happy to work with him, it saves me a lot of time and energy. As first time buyer, I found Shane to be really friendly and approachable. He's the exact opposite of how people usually describe real estate agents; he wasn't pushy or salesy, and he was so helpful.
