I recently sold my house in Norlane with Shane King of Harcourts as my agent. Shane was very helpful in the marketing and preparation of the house for sale. It looked great in the photos and there were a lot of people at the open inspections. I had numerous offers and ended up selling within a month. I was very happy with the result and a smooth sale.

Nick was highly professional in his attitude to detail to achieve success in a complicated sale. I was quite surprised to find that an agent would spend out-of-hours time to accommodate viewers who could not attend at other times. He gave a realistic suggestion for a possible sale price. I would have no hesitation in recommending Nick to anyone who has property to sell.

Professional Sale of our property
Shane from the initial contact was helpful in explaining the process and assisting us in all ways, could not fault his honesty and advice , was available at all times of the day and after hours .
