What an Absolute Pleasure! Shane has an outstanding knowledge of the local markets. Having been on the hunt for an investment/new family home and missing out of several houses Shane was outstanding with keeping communication, and informing us when something was up for sale which may suit our needs. As a buyer its quite a daunting thing to buy a property but when its as easy as dealing with Shane then it became quite an easy thing to do as everything is discussed in depth. I have been truly amazed by the care given to me and my family during the difficult time of selling the family home of 58 years. Joe and Claire have kept us inform during the whole process. A task I thought would be traumatic, was made clear every step of the way. Joe in particular went willingly through each part of the paper work with full explanations to our many questions. I am very happy to have had dealings with a family business that is both highly professional and friendly, and are willing to bend over backwards to help. I would recommend Nick to anyone interested in selling or buying a property. Nothing was too much for him. He was on call 24/7 . I was informed at all times of any progress or changes and felt he truely had my best interests at heart. Nick negotiated the sale between my ex husband and myself reducing my stress enormously. He listens to what you want and makes sure he doesn't waste your time trying to sell you something you don't want. Nicks knowledge of the area and market is exceptional . I fully recommend Shane King to organise the sale of any real estate! Infact, I did recommend Shane to a buddy of mine, my buddy is very happy and confident of a good outcome with Shane & the Harcourt crew sorting out his property! On a second note, I didn't find Shane through "Rate my Agent". I attended an auction, and observed how it went, the house failed to sell, but was impressed how it was run, had a chat with Shane King afterwards and knew straight up, Shane was the man!
