Having arrived in Tasmania from New Zealand just three weeks ago, I quickly discovered how challenging the rental process can be without established local identification. Requirements such as a TFN, Medicare, and an Australian driver’s licence are all interconnected and take time to obtain - creating a difficult situation for new arrivals. Taylah at Harcourts stood out immediately through her empathetic and proactive communication style.
